These planning documents outline PCC’s general goals and objectives. The Area Plan serves as a strategic plan for a five-year period based on well-defined needs and opportunities. The Annual Plan of Work is the operational and management tool to implement the PCC five-year Area Plan. The Annual Plan of work outlines specific objectives, and strategies that must be accomplished in the current fiscal year in order to make substantial progress towards accomplishing PCC’s goals. Annual Reports are compiled at the end of the fiscal year to track what progress has been made and what has been accomplished.
