What started as just an idea in 2015, became a reality with the help of PCC and the N.C. Department of Commerce. In combination with two other counties, Rockingham and Randolph, this quilt trail allows people to see what makes North Carolina unique. Each quilt reflects the area, the people and the businesses on which they reside and each have a unique story to tell. Patrons are encouraged to stop at the 40+ locations along the trail and learn about the history, stories and people behind them.
