Step 1 – Quick Facts
Basic information:
- Plots range from 0.25 acres to 2 acres
- Prices range from $900-$1700
- Farm leases run from Jan 1 to Dec 31
GHF provides farmers with:
- Equipment and infrastructure including wash pack station, farm stand area, cold storage, tractors, tillers, and hand tools
- Programming and marketing opportunities
- On-site sales and group CSA
- Sustainable and organic growing practices
- A water valve with meter at each plot (*farmers are responsible for paying for water use)
Requirements prior to farming with GHF:
- Farming experience
- Farm liability insurance ($130/yr)
- A business plan (3-5 pages)
- A security deposit ($400)

This survey is a brief questionnaire that will help our Farm Manager learn more about you and your goals in relation to Good Hope Farm. After completion, feel free to either go ahead and complete the Official Farmer Application or wait to complete it until futher communication with our Farm Manager, Thomas Saile. He will reach out to you after completion of the survey.

This application is an extensive questionnaire about your farming experience and plans for joining the Cultivator Farm Program at Good Hope Farm.
